Dan Sierra

Dan Sierra is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Santiago Investment Group. Dan has over 20 years in finance; the first 10 years as an operating executive and the most recent 10 years in an investment capacity.  A true collaborator with a knack for structuring complex deals and implementing pragmatic and unique solutions. Dan embodies Santiago Investment Group’s mission to ensure we are partners in YOUR legacy. 
He has an extensive track record with investing and scaling new and existing portfolio companies, investment management, building teams and guiding operations. 

Prior to founding Santiago Investment Group, Dan has been Head of Capital Markets in John Malone’s single-family office.

Dan graduated from Daniels College of Business, University of Denver, with Master of Science in Finance.  Dan is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where he was awarded the University of Minnesota Presidential Minority Scholarship while obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Cal Noreen

Cal is Co-Founder and Partner at Santiago Investment Group. A seasoned investment professional with a passion for new challenges, Cal is committed to charting the course for building a stronger future for portfolio companies.

Cal brings more than 10 years of investment experience to Santiago Investment Group. Prior to his current role, Cal was part of the Silver Spur Capital team, managing portfolio strategies, financial modeling, and equity research for both public and private companies. Cal has a unique skill of taking business strategies and combing it into financial forecasts to drive businesses forward; he is an expert in strategic finance.

Cal has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Colorado State University.
