Dan Sierra, Founder and Managing Partner at Santiago Investment Group, brings over 20 years of finance expertise. 

Prior to founding Santiago, he served as the investment officer of a single family office in Denver, CO for 11 years. 

With a track record in investment management, deal structuring, and scaling companies, Dan is a true collaborator focused on pragmatic solutions.

Cal Noreen

Cal is Co-Founder and Partner at Santiago Investment Group. A seasoned investment professional with a passion for new challenges, Cal is committed to charting the course for building a stronger future for portfolio companies.

Cal brings more than 10 years of investment experience to Santiago Investment Group. Prior to his current role, Cal was part of the Silver Spur Capital team, managing portfolio strategies, financial modeling, and equity research for both public and private companies. Cal has a unique skill of taking business strategies and combing it into financial forecasts to drive businesses forward; he is an expert in strategic finance.

Cal has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Colorado State University.
